Deepest sympathies, thoughts and prayers are with Linda, Tom, Brian and family. Chuck and Linda were the best youth leaders a teen could have. Lots of fond memories of outings at their house, working to earn money for the college tour, and the college tour itself. How can we forget the "Gilligan's Island" theme song, the van breakdown in Tuskegee, AL, and all the great memories that were made? I was so envious of Linda's beautiful Precious Moments collection and thought to myself how much Chuck must love her. The Smith's were a wonderful example for me to follow and I am so greatful and blessed to have known them.

I wish I had kept in touch. Chuck and Linda were a large part of my youth and truly a great example. I will always remember our Sr. Trip. Hugs and prayers to all of the family and friends.

We are sad beyond words to hear of Chucks home going. We think of you often and the great times we spent together. (I think one of the first times Rod met Chuck was over dead chickens). We've often said "we need to drive up and see Chuck and Linda", but we let the busyness of life get in the way. Our prayers are with you and as difficult as the days ahead will be you have the comfort of knowing where he is.

Linda, Tom, Brian, so sorry to hear of your loss. We were so blessed to spend many fun times with your dear family in Bristol, VA @ Belle Meadows Baptist Church.
