Gary McCowan

Age 61 of Milford. Happily Married to Gail for 37 years. Loving father of Mike (Whitney), Matt (Jamie) and preceded in death by his cherished son P.J. Proud grandpa of Colton, Ashtyn, and his brand new grandson Grayson. He will be greatly missed by many other loving family members and friends. Gary loved building and restoring classic cars for himself and his family. He was an excellent poker player and giver of speeches. He enjoyed going to plays, dinners, golfing, and social events, but most of all he loved his family and the time he got to spend with them. Gary will live on in the thoughts and memories of those he loved for many years to come.

A celebration of Gary’s life will take place Tuesday from 3pm to 9pm at Fred Wood Funeral Home Rice Chapel 36100 Five Mile Road (E. of Levan) Livonia. A celebratory luncheon will be held Wednesday from 11am to 4pm at One Under Banquet Hall.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Gary’s name to the Make A Wish Foundation
