Michael J. LeBlanc

Age 67, passed away May 13th, 2017 at Henry Ford Hospital after battling many years with heart problems.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday May 18th, 2017 at

Fred Wood Funeral Home 36100 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan from 1-8pm.

Michael was born March 31st, 1950 and attended Precious Blood Grade School and Cooley High School, Class of 1968.

Michael is survived by his wife of 46 years, Patricia; his son Michael (Lynn); his daughter Crystal Conrad (Jon); his grandchildren Jamie, Alexis, and Aubree; his father Francis; his siblings Francis (Muriel), Eugene (Susan), Marilyn Hoskins (John), and Joseph (Lisa); as well as many nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by his mother Deloris; second oldest brother Bernard (Linda).  Michael was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and friend to all.

Michael was self-employed and owned several gas stations as well as a towing business until he was forced to stop due to illness.  He enjoyed buying and selling cars in his most recent years.  Riding his Gold Wing, watching Red Wings’ hockey, and attending the Woodward Dream Cruise were some of his favorite activities.  He was a family man.  He spent most of his days watching his children and grandchildren do what they loved, including his favorite time- family dinners.  He loved going to Newburg Lake to hang out with “Jim’s Jammers”.  He accepted everyone he met with open arms.  He was always willing to help others with whatever they may need.  He will be greatly missed.
