Thomas J. Swales

October 11, 2016. Age 56 of Livonia. Beloved son of Harold and Carol Swales. Loving brother of Tamara (the late Stephen) Gilbert, Suzanne (Steven) Barcewicz, Sally (Craig) Hubbard and the late Harold “Chip” III. Cherished uncle of 11, great uncle of 6. Thomas leaves behind Jim Joye, the caregiving team, and his housemates Kurt and Don. Tom was an avid member and friend at the Potter’s Wheel Ministry at Ward Presbyterian Church in Northville.

Visitation will take place Thursday 5:00-8:00pm and Friday 3:00-8:00pm

Vigil Prayers Friday 7:00pm at

Fred Wood Funeral Home- Rice Chapel 36100 Five Mile Rd., Livonia.

The Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at 10:00am, In-State 9:30am at

St. Colette Catholic Church 17600 Newburgh Rd, Livonia.
