Ginter, Clarence Marshall Jr. “Gus” Age 90. Passed away December 14, 2018 at his home in Livonia. Gus was born in Harvey, Illinois to Clarence M. Ginter Sr. and Amelia Behrens Ginter. Gus attended high school in Peotone, IL. After graduation he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served as a radar technician. He received an appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy, where he graduated in 1951. After an honorable discharge from the Navy he returned to Peotone. In 1968 he moved to Michigan, where he worked for U.S. Gypsum Company as an engineer and he married Gladys Joy Smith. Beloved husband of Joy of 49 years.
Loving father of Thomas J. (Josie), Christina A. Ginter (Steven Berriman) and the late Fr. Michael W. Proud grandpa of Rachel, Julia and Sabrina. Dearest brother of Marjorie Rogers. Also survived by many other loving family and friends.
