Canjar, Dr. R. Michael age 58 of Livonia. Cherished husband of Elaine Bell. Also survived by many other loving family and friends. Proud Professor at the University of Detroit Mercy for 17 years. Past President of the Faculty Union and member of Memorial Christian Church of Ann Arbor. Michael enjoyed singing, playing his guitar, black-jack, touring Civil War battlefields and debating current political issues. In his younger years he enjoyed running in marathons.
