Emily D. Choike

Age 97 passed away peacefully on August 14, 2017. Beloved wife of the Paul Balawender and Anthony Choike. Loving mother of Janet (Chris) Connolly, James (Janice) Balawender and Carole Balawender. Cherished grandmother of Cyndy (Tim) Bean, Eric (Megan) Balawender, and Laura (Bob) Rudin. Dearest great-grandmother of Jacob and Hannah Bean and Kyler and Emily Balawender. Emily leaves behind many loving family members and friends. Visitation will take place Thursday, August 17th 2:00pm-8:30pm, Rosary 7:00pm at Fred Wood Funeral Home-Rice Chapel 36100 Five Mile Rd. (E. of Levan) Livonia.

The funeral mass will be held Friday, August 18th at 11:00am, instate 10:30am at St. Gerald Catholic Church 21300 Farmington Rd, Farmington, MI 48336.

Interment will follow at Parkview Memorial Cemetery.
