James Maedel Obituary
James “Jim” Maedel
Was born on January 20,1956 to the parents Ray and the late Lucille Maedel of Zephyrhills, Florida. He grew up in Livonia, Michigan. He graduated from Livonia Stevenson. He worked at the Detroit News. He married Mary Snider July 29, 1976. They had two children: Justin and Alissa. He is survived by brother John Maedel, Joy Maedel, and Jill Maedel. He also had 4 brother-in-laws: Tim Snider, Jim Snider, Greg Snider, and Jeff Snider. He has 8 nieces and 8 nephews and two great nieces. He had 5 adopted grandchildren, Alex, Chase, Bella, Landry, Parker. He loved horses and hockey. He also loved spending time with family and friends.

starting at 1:00 PM on Thursday, April 18, 2019.
A Celebration of Life will take place at 5:00 PM.
