Matt McBrien   Age 51 of Livonia

Loving husband of Kelly McBrien (Malewski); Devoted father of Jack and Grace, Loving son of Maureen McBrien and the late Harvey Bruce McBrien.  Beloved brother to Jenny (Paul) McCallion and the late Debbie (Steve) Miller.  Adored son-in-law to Roger & Ethel Malewski. Cherished brother-in-law to Aaron & Holly Malewski, Mark & Nicole Donehue, Yvonne Malewski, and Jeff & Brandy Verkeyn.  Proud uncle of Taylor, Steven, Abbey, Jacob, Dillon, Rachel, Ryan, Aiden, Ashton, Liam, Chase, Cate, Finn, & Harper.  Matt will be dearly missed by many extended family members and friends.

Matt attended Redford Union where he was a stand out football player.  After high school, Matt continued his education at Eastern Michigan University where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Business.  Matt had a love of sports and concerts.  When he wasn't working as a Real Estate Appraiser, you could find Matt at a hockey rink or at a volleyball court.  His children meant the world to him; he beamed with pride watching them play.  He loved going to concerts and playoff games with his wife, Kelly.  He was always there to lend a helping hand to whomever, and wherever it was needed.  Matt loved to talk and was very personable.  He could not go anywhere without someone knowing him.  Words cannot describe this sudden loss of Matt, and he will be terribly missed.
