I only met Violet last year when my son and I traveled to Michigan to see Jean and my other second cousin Lou. I was happy to have met her, and wish I could have spent more time getting to know her. She seemed like a wonderful person and I was amazed at how she was able to live independently with her blindness. My condolences to all the family.

Violet was a great neighbor and will always remember when I first moved here in 2002 and she shared pics with me when the house I live in was under construction. Always tough and in the winter shoveling snow just amazed me up until the last few years. Never new about the Pro Hula Dancer thing...That is so cool! God Bless to all in the Wilson Family in your time of need.
