Ben Lum Gin, of Clinton Township, passed away on April 3, 2020, at the age of 85. He was born in Taishan, China. Cherished husband of Lai Kuen of 57 loving years. Beloved father of Tom Yan and Lisa (Allen) Chin. Loving grandfather of Jennifer, Gabrielle, and Kaitlyn. Dear brother of Fungi Lin and the late Gen Sheung. He will be missed by many loving family members and friends. Ben was a Chinese chef for most of his life and was a very active member, president, vice president of the On Leung Chinese Association.

A private service for immediate family only, will be held at Fred Wood Funeral Home in Livonia.

Private interment will take place at Mt. Hope Memorial Garden Cemetery.
