Bob Sloan

Bob Sloan age 96 of Livonia. Cherished husband of over 67 years to the late Violet. Beloved father of Cynthia and the late Martin Sloan. Proud and loving papaw of Robby (Molly) Bayless.  Father-in-law of Gundi Sloan. Also survived by many other loving family and friends. Bob was a devoted member of Alpha Baptist Church in Livonia.Bob was a proud lifetime member of the Yankee Air Museum working on the restoration crew. He proudly served in WWII in the Navy having served in the South Pacific Naval Air Transport Service. We are eternally grateful for Meals on Wheels volunteers Pat, Kevin and Marianne who provided Bob with comfort, support and wonderful friendship. A Memorial Service is to be planned for a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Yankee Air Museum.
