Bruce Suppelsa, age 87 of Livonia, went home to be with the Lord on October 25, 2023.  Cherished husband of the late Blandine (nee: Gardner) for 60 loving years and the late Elizabeth (nee Van DeVen).  Beloved father of Mary (Mark) Rhodes, JoAnne Suppelsa, Karen (Mike) Wheeler, Kathleen Suppelsa, Kevin (Dianne) Suppelsa, Janice (Dale) Holod.  Loving grandfather of Elizabeth (Brandon) Jeannette, Teri (Stephen) Nucian, Hannah (Ryan) Parker, Christopher Suppelsa, Julie (Max) Bacon, Sarah (Nicholas) Promo, Adam (Stephanie) Wheeler, Matthew Suppelsa, Jenny Rhodes, Jonathan Suppelsa, and Samantha Holod.  Also, great-grandfather to Jack, Bradley, Susan, Stella, Penelope, Elsie and 1 little one on the way. 

Bruce loved the Upper Peninsula, especially Laurium, Calumet and Copper Harbor. He spent most of his childhood there before moving to Detroit. He worked at GM for 34 years as an accountant. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed being in the woods hunting for deer, pheasants, rabbits or whatever might cross his path. He was an avid wood carver and painter.

Bruce will be missed by many loving family members and friends.
