Cynthia Louise "Cyndy" Frasier, a devoted wife, mother, sister, and daughter, passed away peacefully in South Bend on July 9, 2023. Born on October 31, 1965, in Detroit, Michigan, Cyndy was a beacon of kindness and love, touching the lives of everyone she met.
Cyndy was the cherished daughter of Norman L. and Carol (Hansen) Shelley. She was the beloved wife of Michael Frasier, whom she married on October 31, 1999, in Fort Wayne, IN., a beautiful ceremony filled with love and laughter. Cyndy was the proud mother of two daughters, Courtney (Joe) Brinson of Mishawaka and Morgan Frasier of South Bend. She was also the loving sister of Colleen Shelley of Copemish, MI., and Cheryl (Ken) Khoury of Allen Park, MI. Cyndy was preceded in death by her father, Norman Shelley, and her sisters, Connie Nowrocke and Christine Shelley.
A graduate of Cody High School in Detroit, Cyndy's journey was one of dedication and perseverance. She chose to dedicate her life to her family, becoming a homemaker and pouring her love and energy into creating a warm, welcoming home for her loved ones. Cyndy was known for her kindness and love, qualities that were reflected in her interactions with her family and friends.
Cyndy's interests were simple yet profound. She dedicated her life to her family and children, finding joy in the everyday moments of life. She had a fondness for ladybugs, a symbol of luck and protection in many cultures. Cyndy also had a green thumb and loved caring for her hanging baskets of flowers, a hobby that brought her immense joy and satisfaction.
