Eugene Gale Boring

Eugene Gale Boring passed away peacefully on June 10, 2021.  Beloved husband of the late Phyllis Cavanagh Boring.  Loving father of James, John, Steven(Christina), Peter(Chrissy), Daniel (Donna) and the late Suzanne Marie.  Proud grandfather of 7 and great grandfather of 3.

Gale graduated high school at age 16.  After attending undergraduate school for two years, he entered the Army and served his country in Japan during World War II.  Upon honorable discharge, he attended Michigan State University where he obtained his degree.  Gale worked for 30 years in the Wayne County Courts System.  It was during that time he met the love of his life, Phyllis.  They were married for 57 remarkable years before her passing and shared the challenges and successes of raising their six children.
