Loving mother of Patricia (Michael) Cushen, Sandie (John) Moore, Dwight (the late Esther) Lambert, Catherine (Kenneth) Campbell, Patricia Andrews, and the late Walter Harris, Deborah, and Audrey. Cherished grandma and great-grandma of many. Hazel leaves behind many loving family members and friends.
