Joseph Herman Ballard

Joseph Ballard, Age 98 of Westland, went home to be with the Lord on October 7,2021.  Loving son of the late Robert and Virgie.  Cherished husband to the late Elvera.  Beloved father of Barbara (Gerald) Kemp, Karen (Douglas) Gendron, Gary and Melissa (Jordan Dimovich).  Adored grandfather to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Proud brother of Margaret, Bernard, and to many late brothers and sisters.  He will be missed by many loving family members and friends.
