Passed away on December 8, 2021 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of Edwin for 64 wonderful years. Loving mother of Edwin Heiser IV, Phillip (Debbie) Heiser, Kurt Heiser, Mary (Michael) Thomas, Carrie (Joseph) VanVliet, and Joy (Tim) Bruce. Proud grandmother of 12; great-grandmother of 5. She leaves behind many other loving family members and friends. Phyllis was an avid mystery novel reader. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her adoring family.
