Loving father of Christina.  Dear brother of Jim (Laura), Debbie (John) Blackwell and Tom. 

Beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews. 

Cherished son of the late Elmer (Colleen) and beloved late brother Michael. 

Richard was a proud Navy Veteran and Journeyman for over 30 years.
