Beloved wife of James “Bill” Bowen for 61 years. Loving mother of Laura, Mark (Rebecca), Kathy (Roger) Labby, Anne (Jim) Rouen, and Joanne (Eric) Olsen. Cherished grandma of Stephanie (Brent) Reid, James Labby, Katie and Kelly Rouen, Sara and Emily Bowen, Nick Olsen and great-grandma of Zachary and Luke. Dearest sister of Robert (Agnes) Folbigg and Ronald (Carol) Folbigg. She leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews, family members and friends. We are blessed to have had her in our lives and have a lifetime of wonderful memories to cherish.
