Roy H. Koponen

Passed away on October 24, 2023, at the age of 92. Beloved husband of the late Barbara “Gail” Koponen for 50 wonderful years. Loving father of Gary, Craig (Carol), and Eric (Judy). Proud grandfather of Russell, Douglas, Adam, David, and Daniel. Great-grandfather of 10. He leaves behind many other loving family members and friends. Roy enjoyed singing in the choir at church and at Fox Run Senior Living Center. He was a proud U.S Marine Veteran, who served his country during the Korean War. Roy was asked to travel to Korea to accept many well-deserved awards.
