He is also survived by his mother, Carol Bain; his aunt, Janice Ligetti; his brother David and his wife Kelly and daughters Caitlyn and Allyson; his brother Mark and his wife Casey and daughters Sierra and Savanna; and his dog, Callie.
Born on October 22nd, 1963, in Dearborn, Scott was the son of Bill and Carol Bain. He graduated from Edsel Ford High School and the University of Michigan, Dearborn. He will be remembered as a devoted and caring husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, nephew, uncle and friend, whose warmth, wisdom, and humor touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Scott was an accountant, chief financial officer, investor, and business owner. He was passionate about growing businesses and giving opportunities to people who needed a hand and were willing to work hard. He enjoyed looking for exciting projects to invest in, and was generous with his resources. He organized fundraisers for the Ukraine War with the help of the Felician Sisters and for the Pope Francis Center for the homeless.
Scott loved to travel the world with his family. He reached five continents, including Antarctica, and dreamed of going on an African safari.
