Jadczak, Adam, April 23, 2016 age 91. Cherished husband of the late Josephine.  Loving father of Alan (Gail), Sandi (Rev. Ron) Luchies, Rod, Dave and Ann (Mike) Kimling. Proud grandpa to 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by 8 brothers and sisters. Also survived by many other loving family and friends.

Adam was a proud WWII Veteran.
